The dataset for final scoring will be released on September 20th at 8 am EST. The teams can download the test any time between the release of the test and 8 am EST on October 2nd. Each team will be required to submit their predictions within 48 hours after the time of download which will be recorded. Submissions uploaded later than 48 hours after test data download will not be scored. 

IMPORTANT! Each team will be required to submit a short-paper along with their predictions, please see Publishing the results section.
